Basil mustard, tomato and cheese spring rolls

Serves 4
6 Cherry tomates
Lettuce
½ piece of Mozzarella cheese
1 tbs of Fallot Basil Mustard
4 springrolls skins
Flour
Water
Frying oil

Step 1

Cut the cherry tomatoes into four pieces vertically and then cut them in half horizontally

Step 2

Cut the lettuce into thick strips and the mozzarella cheese into 5mm squares

Step 3

Put the ingredients of 1 and basil mustrad in a bowl and mix gently

Step 4
