BBQ sauce with pinot noir mustard

Serves 4
25g of Pinot Noir mustard
50g of Ketchup
50g of Worcester Sauce
25g of soy sauce
20g of honey
5g of grated ginger
3g of garlic

Step 1

In a bowl add all the ingredients and mix them altogether.

Step 2

When cold put the beans in a bowl, the tuna and the green onions altogether. Add the equivalent of 4 teaspoons of lemon juice and 1 teaspoon of mustard. Mix them together.

Step 3

Associate with skewered beef or chicken.
